Back in 2021 when purchasing our van, we was told that this little bit of landing by the canal was ours and so have been maintaining if for the last five years, yesterday we found out that the rules had changed in 2022 and that this is not ours alone and must be shared with the neighbouring van.
The distance between the van is from your front door to within two feed of the adjacent can, this is also for your privacy, can you imagine my neighbour sitting down there on my chairs, totally unexceptable and that they need access across my pitch in order to gain access to the steps.
They lie consistently in order to gain a sale.. each member of staff receives a £1000 bonus for every van sold…. its all wrong.
If you are mad enough to purchase on this park, then check the rules, get everything in writing and ask to see the park rules before you sign.
